Our plant is specifically designed to emphasize food safety for our customers. In 2010 Flavorseal doubled the size of its operations. A portion of this expansion has been devoted to new innovations. Our new state-of-the-art headquarters incorporates biometric scanning to authorize access and features 24-hour video surveillance inside and out. We commit ourselves to exceeding our own rigid measure of quality and excellence, which is notably higher than any dictated by industry standards. As a means to further promote food safety, we have invested in cutting edge internal environmental controls. Flavorseal installed a 15 ton HVAC system as well as a desiccant system that, in tandem, will provide the proper humidity and temperature levels required for production.
We welcome all customers and potential customers to visit our facility, one of the cleanest and most organized plant in the industry. Through rigorous internal audits, inspections and employee training, Flavorseal has earned a superior rating six years in a row from the American Institute of Baking (AIB). Flavorseal also recently received SQE certification and SQF Level 3 certification. These distinctions provide the groundwork needed to build a solid reputation in the food processing and foodservice industries, and our consumer market.
