The bag is designed with a finger hole in the corner, which keeps the contents extremely stable when removing from water baths and decreases the chance of slippage while pouring. This unique feature increases productivity and safety of the kitchen staff.
As the bags are designed for both cook-chill and sous-vide cooking, the bag material is capable of withstanding temperatures as high as 220 degrees Fahrenheit from hot-filling product and water bath retherming.
