The Portable Circulating Chiller features a circulating pump at the bottom of a 44 gallon container on wheels. When filled with an ice/water mixture, the pump gently agitates the water to provide even cooling to the cook-chill bags. The sturdy wheels make it easy to move the container from the ice machine to the sink to the drain, and then out of the way when not in use.
